You could create a relationship in the Power BI Desktop.
Then create the following measure.
inventories value = SUM('PRIX'[Prix standard])*SUM(STOCKS[Stock à utilisation libre])Create and manage relationships in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
