Don't know your model, maybe you can try the following measure:

Cumulative % = CALCULATE( SUMX('Product', [SumUSD]) , FILTER( ALLSELECTED('Product'[Product Names]), [SumUSD] >= SUM('Product'[USD]) ) ) / SUMX( ALLSELECTED('Product'[Product Names]), [SumUSD] )
