Problem installing on premises data gateway on Windows 2012 R2 Server

Windows Server 2019 is the min supported version as per 2024:
Hi , I didn't expect a replay after 15 months . I manage to solve the installing problem by restarting the service during the installation.
However , I would like to thank you for updating me .Your answer is interesting (and funny 🙂 ). Can you tell me how you did this procedure? (Restarting the service during the installation)
Hi , during the installation of the on premises data gateway , I opened task manager and found the service that was running. I stopped it and restart again . The installation completed successfully.
