Problem installing on premises data gateway on Windows 2012 R2 Server

Hi I am getting the same error everytime I am trying to install the on premises data gateway . 

The system is Windows 2012 R2 Server and it has .Net Framework 4.8.03761 .
I have checked many articles about the problem and I have checked the local policies of the system .

The Error log I am getting is :

It has been a year with no input, so I assume that you have solved it.

Windows Server 2019 is the min supported version as per 2024:

Hi , I didn't expect a replay after 15 months . I manage to solve the installing problem by restarting the service during the installation. 
However , I would like to thank you for updating me .

Hi , during the installation of the on premises data gateway , I opened task manager and found the service that was running. I stopped it and restart again . The installation completed successfully.

What is the name of the service you stopped and started?
I need it very urgently. I would be very happy if you could help me.

Hi , well I don't remember the exact service , but it was the service of the installation . I hope you find this is helpful.
