Problem creating a specific type of table, please advice
Hi,
I just started using Power Bi and im having some trouble creating a "Excel like" table: combination of text and calculated cells, where each row is represented by a different data field (see picture below). Data is loaded into two fields, and i want to represent the data in Power Bi like the table shown below. The problem im facing is that i cannot find an option to use one data field per row (and adding text fields to include the other data). Any advice on how to recreate something similar in Power Bi?
Thanks!

Why don't you try setting the fields as columns? Despite you'll repeat the field names for different values you'll have it solved. It's quite common in databases to set even the data fields as column values, so you can have more dynamic tables.
PS: Don't pay attention to the numbers I used, please. :smileyhappy:

Current power bi not support the feature which you mentioned, perhaps you can submit an idea to ideas forum.

Agree, that is certainly an option. Problem is that i want these numbers in a quarterly overview, so having slides and slides with multiple rows is not very practical (besides the fact that min,max and avg will be the same because we only have 1 observation per day).

What I provided is how your data could be structured, no how is it going to be displayed.
Now, for visualizing the data, you can use the data field as category and calculate the numbers from your data table. You can use months, quarters or any other grouping / filtering and also different visualizations.
