I think u have prob in your Table,
For this prob u should have atleast one unique column from any one side of Table.

What is the error message you are getting?
Try the following steps .
1- make sure that the column that is relating not have any value blank or null.
2 - Make sure there is no duplicate values in the column , they should be different .
3 - check if the type of data in both are the same.
