I have a question about Power BI licenses.
Our company already has a PPC (P1) license, and we have provided Pro licenses to some users to publish reports to a shared workspace. However, we are considering transitioning from Pro licenses to PPU. In this case, would PPU users be able to apply the data set capacity allocated to PPU in the PPC shared workspace? Or would the data set capacity only apply within the PPU user's shared workspace?
If it's the latter, transitioning from Pro to PPU seems to be pointless. Please check this licensing problem.
@NaraYUN , If you have P1 capacity then Pro user can use Premium workspace. Here Pro users can be contributor or report creators, You can share the Power BI service app with viewers and they do not license for that
