Pro Trial over, lost access to workspace and reports.

Sorry about my english.

When I was using my college account, Ive create a workspace when my Pro Trial was activated, now its over and I cant access my reports on that workspace.

Is there a way to these reports be moved to my regular workspace ?

I'm afraid you can't unless you become Pro license again.

Hi @Anonymous thanks for answering.

I was afraid of that too. This is sad, I'm using another account now, with a office admin and everything, I don't need my school account anymore.

Is there anything that I can do? Maybe a way to extend the trial ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET". Contact the support and see if they can recover the workspace for you.

Hey @amitchandak , thanks for your answer.

Unfortunately, that topic didnt solve my problem.

I just need to move my reports from a specifc workspace to default workspace, just for me be able to access this reports, download, etc.. All created workspaces can be deleted after, I just need the reports.
