Pro Trial Extension Issue

Hello - I received an email on 5/3/17 letting me know I was eligible to extend my Pro trial for a year. I do not see the notification when I log into Power BI. All of my colleagues have been able to extend their Pro trial this year and we opened our accounts at the same time last year. Can someone please assist?
