    You can use the function SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR. Example:

     

    Measure 1 LY = CALCULATE ( [Measure 1], SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR ( DimDate[Date] ) )

    You can try measure like:

    = DATEADD(DateTime[DateKey],-1,year)  
    = CALCULATE(SUM(ResellerSales_USD[SalesAmount_USD]), SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(DateTime[DateKey]))
