Printout a set of the same report for different salespeople

Hello friends,

I have a data of sales commissions calculations for appx. 20 salespeople.

The data is in Excel file managed in OneDrive and updated by a commissions analyst.

My client wants to be able to sent each salesperson a monthly report of only his/hers data (it can be pdf/excel/etc).

The salespeople don't have PowerBI accounts and do not need it on a daily basis.

* I can build a PowerBI model for the commissions analyst but how can I make it easy for him to printout/save the reports for each salespearson without filtering and saving each time? Maybe a certain visual will help?

* I also thought of a paginated report but I don't see OneDrive/Excel data source.

What solution would you recommend?

HI @michaelshparber ,

I'd like to suggest you configure RLS based on username, then these user can see different records based on their username.

RLS with UserName()

In addition, you can also consider to create a template report and parametrize data source.
You can share this template report to your customers and ask them use their credentials to change datasource to generate a personal report.
