Printing to an A4 sheet - sizing error

Hi All,

My report page size is custom sized to 1700 width and 9999 height.

If I try to print, powerbi fits the entire report in one page which makes it look really slim and un-readable.

What can I do to print this long report so that it fits neatly on the A4 by using several sheets per report?

Many thanks!

Gus

Hi @Gus_C ,

By default, the report will be exported to the standard format of the power BI desktop. If you want to print to a size that fits the A4 page, you can select the "Format" pane of the report page, then select "Page size", and select "Custom" As "Type", select 794*1123 pixels.

Isn't that more of a printer driver question?  You would need to check if the printer print dialog has the "fit onto page" setting set.
