Hi all,
do I have a chance to print reports which I have created in the power bi desktop tool?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Currently, sadly not.
There is a high-voted feature request in the community. It has not been implemented yet.

The export-stuff of PBI is still a bit clumsy, but it seems, that they are working on it.
Two years later the pdf export functionality is still completely non-existent for desktop and buggy in the service (one page at a time, cutting off visualizations, etc). The powerpoint export looks even worse.
I recently presented a PowerBI report to my office. People like it. I am getting requests to share it. I can't. It is static data. I don't need a live version and I don't have enough licenses anyway.
I am really tired of being told to upvote ideas for basic functionality.
This perpetual beta product is such a joke in many respects.
Seriously, call up Tableau and ask them how they are able to create a properly integrated product if you can't figure it out.
We are struggling with the printing in power Bi service. Currently we are asking our users to select fit to width and adjust the zoom in the browser to get a full page in landscape. It is very embarrasing . We had a meeting with our users recently who are all very senior executives and they are stunned that the printing functionality is so bad in power BI
Hi,
I find I can print on Power BI Service now. Is this feature designed to Desktop now?
Currently, sadly not.
