Hi All!
I'm trying to recreate a graph something like this in Power BI:
So we have a list of products at the bottom, product price is on the Y axis. If the price variance is positive, the bottom of the bar will show the price last year, and the price this year is the top of the bar (e.g. all the green bars).
If the price variance is negative (e.g. the red bar) the top of the bar is the price last year, the bottom of the bar shows the price this year,
Does anyone have any ideas of how to start with something like this?
Thanks so much!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Based on my research, most custom variance charts in power bi appsource such as 'Ultimate Variance', 'Variance chart', 'Column chart with variance', 'Zebra BI charts' etc. support to show the variance between one value and a reference value. They can show the percentage of the variance buy cannot only show the condtional value which is mention by you. These charts could only meet part of your requirements not all.
If you think it could not help you, since they are all custom visuals, you could try to contact their owners, or you can sumbit this idea here. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
