I am using Card (New) in my visualization and previously set up conditional formatting for positive and negative values. When I opened up PBI Desktop this morning, I see that every one of my Cards with conditional color formatting is gone. However, the conditional formatting still works as it should, it just shows the color being displayed (almost as if it's working in the background). Additionally, I tried to set up a new card using the same formatting structure, but the color formatting does not work when saved. Screenshots show when Product A is selected from filter (positive values), and when Product B is selected (negative values).Product A selected

Using Version: 2.141.1253.0 64-bit (March 2025)

I just contacted support about this and heard Microsoft has identified this as a bug. They will roll out the fix starting April 28, 2025. Until then there is no fix, except don't touch existing conditional formatting rules.
For me the issue was solved with the new power bi desktop release.
Hi @Johnny78968798 ,
Just to let you know, @LynnDiepenbroek faced a similar issue earlier, but it was resolved after a recent update to Power BI Desktop.
Could you please try the same steps using the latest version of Power BI Desktop? That should likely fix the issue. If the issue still persists after the update, feel free to share the details, and we’ll help you.
Thank You.
I just have same exact issue, I tried to Update to Latest Microsoft Store Version: Not Working, Update in Official Web Version here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494
Also not working
the only thing you can do for now is downgrading Power BI Desktop version.
I downgraded to Feb 2025 Update and it works well.

Hi @Johnny78968798 ,
I wanted to follow up to see if your issue was resolved after raising a support case. If a solution was found, it would be very helpful if you could share your insights with the community, as this could assist others facing similar challenges.
Thank You.
For me it still does not work (version 2.143.1204.0 64-bit (may 2025))

I'm having the same issue. New Cards Visuals that were previously set up with conditional formatting are still working but I can't view or edit the function.
However I can't add new conditional formatting (or edit existing formatting) to the New Card Visuals. Well, I can add formatting but it doesn't work. Conditional formatting still seems to work with other visuals like the standard card.
Seems to have started with the March 2025 update.
Hi @Johnny78968798 ,
A bug in the New Card visual or a Power BI Desktop update may be affecting conditional formatting.
As far as I know, New Card viusal doesn't have Conditional Formatting in the fields window like it can appear directly in Table VIusal.
You need to add or remove conditional formatting depending on the object you want to set.
For example, to customise the colour of Value in New Card Visual.
Format - Callout - Value -Color-fx - here you can enter the conditional formatting screen.
If you want to remove this conditional formatting, just click on the Eraser tab.
I found a similar issue in the community (attached below). Please refer to the links it may help you.
