Previous Day Data

I am recreating a pdf report that is sent out every morning onto PowerBI. As I refresh data the following day to get the most up-to-date information, the value from the following day changes. I know new data is being inputted overnight.

For example.

On Feb 23 the pdf sent out and PowerBI Dashboard will show 

Total People - 25

On Feb 24, after refreshing and selecting the date for the previous day (Feb. 23) on the dashboard will show

Total People - 32

Is there a way I can display the original and updated data? If I were to select Feb. 23 say like on March 1, I want to be able to both 25 and 32 for total people.
