Preview features tab missing on Power BI desktop October

Version: 2.51.4885.1423 64-bit (October 2017).

 

How do i enable ArcGis Feature ?

 

Your organisation has disabled use of ArcGis Maps(How to enable it )

One thing to check is this setting
