Preview a report on a security level
You want to put in place static RLS. You do not need a table Spain Manager. In the security roles you create add the filter on the specific country of your DIM Table you want to focus, not on users email AND not on the table you created.
For ex for Spain, choose something "MarketCode equals SPAIN". You add the specific users once you publish the reprot to Power Bi services

you need to set up RLS roles by country. Microsoft Learn explains it well
Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

I tried it but I cannot filter on a manager/country level, even when I have defined roles, a manager is able to see the whole report, any suggestions?

Please detail exactly what you tried to make an idea of what you might do wrong.

Hi Alex,
What I did was to make each country manager in a separate tables, with a country and e-mail column:
After that I went to "Modeling" - "Manager roles" and there I made a role for each manager by selecting the respective manager table and setting the email to match the email of the manager like so:
Then I click on save & publish, in the semantic model of the report I click on "Security" and there I assign the manager of the country to its role:
After all this, I go to the report and select "View as" and chose the role I created but still.. . I see the full view of the report and not the data related to the country only.
Appreciate your attention into this!
