Preview Feature in PowerBI Report Server

 I am trying to deploy a powerBI report on our on Premises POWERBI Server(SSRS PowerBI) May 2017 technical preview.

 

I was looking for drill down solution and the new matrix preview looks like the visual I need.  

I see the preview option in PowerBI dektop but I do not see this option in POWERBI Desktop (Report Server)

 

I dveloped the report in PoweBI desktop and deployed it on the report server, however,  the report does not come up. I am guessing this due to the preview feature.

 

Can someone clarify if there is a way to make this preview feature work in POWERBI Report server.

    Hi powerBI_L1,

    After research, the preview feature(Matrix preview) is not supported in Power BI Desktop(Report Server). Please keep an eye on the blog.



    As I tested, you can create hierarchy to display the drill down.
