Prevent model layout change from renaming queries

I'm trying to figure out how I can prevent the model layout from being reorganized after changing query names in PQ. Is there a setting that anyone knows of to prevent this?

    willclein I don't think there is anything you can do about it, just put/vote idea on the ideas forum. It is painful I know.
