Prevent Bookmarks from Updating Filter Visibility

I only recently noticed Bookmarks I am creating are changing whether the Filter Pane is visible or not. Is there a way to prevent Bookmarks from including Filter Pane visiblity? I'd rather leave it up to the report viewer and not have bookmarks constantly changing their choice.

I don't see that option for developer bookmarks

There is also no indication of that "feature"  in the Web service

Nevertheless - I can confirm your findings. Feel free to call it a bug. You can raise an issue at https://issues.powerbi.com . If you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
