Hi everyone. I'm pretty new in Power BI (following a course in Linkedin) and have this problem. I can't edit query. Either I go to Edit query or Transform data, it shows me just the headers but not the rows. "The table is empty" and at the bottom 0 rows. (image attached)
I hope you can help me.
Thanks in advance
@mmallqui What is your source? Is it a web page? If so, is it a public webpage and can you post a link to it and what you are trying to extract?
In addition, I must say I can see the data in Data View.
Rookie issues....
@mmallqui Hmm, maybe try refreshing the preview in Power Query Editor? Does anything happen if you click on any of the other Applied steps?
I did it Greg, but nothing happened. I feel frustrated... I don't understand why. I downleaded the folder and data of the course, I followed all the steps. Even more I can see the data in "Data view" but I can't Edit Query or Transform Data.
I upload other file and works either in Edit Query or Transform Data. So, the problem is the file?
@mmallqui It's extremely strange. Are you on the latest version of the Desktop? Is there any chance you can share the PBIX and maybe the original source file. I really have no explanation at the moment other than it's not normal.
Hi, actually is a folder I downloaded, is in my laptop.
