Premium Per User License - Copilot not working (Spain)

Hello everyone,

I hope you all are very good!

I have a Premium Per User License for Power BI here in Spain, but I am not able to work with Copilot, I cannot enable it... Does anyone know if there exists a way to work with Copilot here in Spain with a Premium Per User License? I've been trying to find about this issue in various ways, but always with the same result: there is a lack of information and misunderstandong about this issue. 

If you do not know how to fix this issue... Is there a way to ask for a free Ticket with Microsoft to ask for an answer to this question? What would be the link?

Hi @Chema_Ortega_Ga - In Power BI service, the workspace must be running on F64 or premium capacity to access Copilot of Power BI service. And requires read or write access to the workspace on F64 or Premium capacity. In Power BI Desktop, you need write permissions to the workspace on F64 or Power BI Premium in the Power BI service where you plan to publish the report
