Premium Per User And Free Users
Good morning
Currently, my organization has one Premium per user license and five free licenses. These free users are consuming the reports created from the Premium license account per user (So far with the free license of (I think) 60 days)
What I want is for these free users to be able to see the content that has been shared with them previously from the Premium account per user. However, when I try to do so, I receive the following message:
What should I do right now, acquire a pro license or is there a way to not have pro and they can use the report without developing in any of the cases?

Syndicate_Admin -If your organization does not want to move to Premium capacity, then your best approach is to switch from Premium Per User (PPU) to Pro licenses for all users who need access to shared content.
Downgrade the PPU user to Pro and purchase 6 Pro licenses in total (1 for the report creator and 5 for the consumers).
This will reduce costs (since Pro is cheaper than PPU) and simplify management without losing essential functionality.
The only drawback is that you lose PPU-exclusive features (like AI-powered insights, paginated reports, and larger dataset limits). If your reports don’t use these, Pro is the smarter choice.

Hi Syndicate_Admin - If your organization has Power BI Premium Capacity (P1, P2, etc.), then Free users can view shared reports.PPU is not the same as Premium Capacity—PPU still requires users to have a PPU license to view reports.
If you want Free users to access reports without extra licenses, you must move to Premium Capacity (P1 or higher).If your company does not want Premium Capacity, buy Pro licenses for each Free user.

In this case at the moment they do not want to move to Pemium for capacity, so we can stay with premium per user and have to contract 5 pro licenses, my added question, would it be profitable to maintain Premium per user for that report developer or interest in downgrading to pro also for that report creator user, And we would have 6 pro users with only one who creates reports.
