Hello.

I have a Premium license, and the other users in my organization have a Pro license.

I have a Workspace Premium and there I uploaded dataset and report, if I share the report users with pro license can you see it ? I ask because I got a message when I tried to change a workspace from Pro to Premium.

There are two ways to use premium content.

1. Premium capacity. You pay for a dedicated capacity and an unlimited number of Pro users can share this capacity.
2. Premium Per User (PPU). Assign PPU licenses to all users who need to access the PPU workspace.

There is no free lunch where you pay for a single PPU license and all other users only need Pro. This is why you're getting an error. For users to access a Premium workspace, they must also have a PPU license (unless you have a Premium Capacity).

Thanks for answering, doubt, when you say "For users to access a Premium workspace" you also mean that when you share a Report from a PREMIUM area, you won't be able to see it if the user has PRO ?

Yes. Only PPU-licensed users can access PPU workspaces (PREMIUM areas).

The only way Pro users can see Premium content is if you have a Premium Capacity (which starts at $5k USD/month)
