There are two ways to use premium content.
- Premium capacity. You pay for a dedicated capacity and an unlimited number of Pro users can share this capacity.
- Premium Per User (PPU). Assign PPU licenses to all users who need to access the PPU workspace.
There is no free lunch where you pay for a single PPU license and all other users only need Pro. This is why you're getting an error. For users to access a Premium workspace, they must also have a PPU license (unless you have a Premium Capacity).
Thanks for answering, doubt, when you say "For users to access a Premium workspace" you also mean that when you share a Report from a PREMIUM area, you won't be able to see it if the user has PRO ?
Yes. Only PPU-licensed users can access PPU workspaces (PREMIUM areas).
The only way Pro users can see Premium content is if you have a Premium Capacity (which starts at $5k USD/month)
