Premium Capacity for G3 Tenants
Hello we are a local government with a G3 tenant. We have a limited number of users who want to publish PowerBi reports for others in our organization to view. It appears the most effective way to do this would be using Premium Capacity. Is that available in a G3 tenant?

No. You need a Fabric SKU, F64 or better.

Premium Capacities can no longer be purchased. Fabric SKUs from now on.
So in my organization all of our users have Power BI free licenses. I have two Power BI Pro users who are writing Power BI Reports for others to view. Currently for others to view the reports they also need to have a Pro License. If I purchase Power BI PPU licenses for the two users writing reports (without adding Premium Capacity) will they be able to share reports to the free users?
