Pre-defined relative date filter

Hello!

I am stuck on how this can be built. The requirement is to create a filter to that has a pre defined time frame such as :

4 Weeks

8 Weeks

6 Months

1 Year

I know we can use the Relative Date feature in the filter pane but can the example that I have provided be created?

I might want to make a control that flips a multi-series line diagram's x-hub between various date ranges (for example 7d, 1m, and so forth) In the screen capture beneath you can see I've made the control yet it isn't practical yet. I made a determined field that relegates each line with the choices you find in the switch photograph. Since I have a calc field with 7d, 1m, 3m relegated to each line, what's straightaway? I'm stuck as of now.
