    Here's the formula:

    both = 
var tmp = SUMMARIZE('Table','Table'[name],'Table'[content type],'Table'[type])
return
CONCATENATEX(FILTER(tmp,[name]=EARLIER('Table'[name])),'Table'[type],"+")
