Powerbi just completely destroyed a report I was working on by wiping out all of my data connections

I was working on writing a new measure when PowerBI spit out an error of some sort telling me it needed to be restarted. I saved and restarted. When I did so my entire data pane was blank and all of the connections and transformations I had done were completely gone. Is this recoverable in any way?
