Powerbi Desktop installation Failed

Everytime i download PowerBI for Desktop it does succesfully but when i start the installtion it gives follwoing message

 

"there is porblem with windows installerpackage. A dll required for this install to complete could not be run." i am using 64 bit and downloaded 64 bit

    Your screenshot in unavailable, please re-upload it.

     

    Based on the error message, it seems that the dll is missing in your computer, or that dll is corrupt. Please check if you can install Power BI desktop on other computer or not.

     

    Besides, please ensure that you install file is downloaded from the link below.
    https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/desktop/

      i used that same link. i have done this exercise for Powerbifor excel and powerbi publisher but i keep getting same message. what ever ido.
