PowerPoint Add-in for guest users

Hi, we have a Power BI report running in our domain and external guest users who access the report through the Power BI App. Now, I would like to enable our guest users to use the new Power Point add-in. But if they copy the App-URL and add this into the PPT-Add-in they receive an error message. 

"Http Status Code: 404
Error Code: PowerBIEntityNotFound"

Is there a possibility to enable the external guest users to use the PPT add-in?

Also check tenant setting

Yes, tried both "b2b for external users" and also send the "tenant url". Nothing works.
