I have accidentally selected share with People with existing access for my report and now I don't see a way to change it back to share with People in your organization. I deleted and republished the report but that setting remains. Anything I could try? Thanks

Hello @Nicola_Lynn

Go to the dataset associated with your report in the workspace.

Click on the three dots (…) next to the dataset -> Manage Permissions.

Remove any specific users or groups listed.

Republish the report and test sharing again

Thanks,

Hi @Nicola_Lynn,

If you're a Contributor in the workspace, you may not have access to manage dataset permissions. Ask an Admin to check.

Thanks, however I tried this and when you click the three dots Manage Permissions is not on the list.
