PowerBi Map two Bubbles in same location

Hello Everyone,

I`m trying to create a map visual with two diffrent bubbles at the same location but I couldn´t find a solution yet. For that I have two tables. Both have Country in it and two diffrent kind of data (both percentage)

So for example I have England and Germany and I want one bubble on each country for one variable and anotherone also on both countries.
