Hello, Anonymous , if you can, try unninstall the store version and install standalone version from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494If you have to use store, try clearing out browser's cache or windows's store cache.

Just following up again to see if you had a chance to try reinstalling Power BI Desktop from the link we shared earlier. Did that resolve the refresh issue, or are you still running into the same error? If it’s still persisting, we can dig deeper into other possible fixes.
