Hello, Anonymous , if you can, try unninstall the store version and install standalone version from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494If you have to use store, try clearing out browser's cache or windows's store cache.

vojtechsima suggesting to Uninstall present using power bi desktop app and install from the bellow link as suggested by OP.
