PowerBi Cant refresh the Merged table but reference table has the latest data

Good Day !

Is there anyone can help me figure out why I can't referesh my Merge table while all the reference table has the latest data. The Merge table just keeps on loading

You can increase your memory management cache to 8-10 GB supported by RAM and Virtual memory in options & settings -> Options -> data load

At first it gives me an error which is timeout error however after I adjusted the command timeout to 5 hrs it does not prompt any error. I just didn't want to wait for the 5 hours to be max out I already waited 2 hrs however it just around 3k rows of data.. thats why I wondering why.. also I have other table that is working as expected same number of data and reference table the difference is the main table ...

Is it possible to pre-integrate the data on the data source so that PowerBI can connect directly to the merged table ?
