I have a problem at work, because my colleague and I use the same versions of the PowerBI application + we have the same approaches. One of us can work with the report fine, but the other keeps getting this error. After clicking on Sign In, nothing happens, only the same error appears again.
We have already tried to smear the credentials, but unsuccessfully.
The TextAnalytics function is used in the report, which is displayed to both of us, that is, we should have the same versions, but this error is displayed to him. Can you help please?
