PowerBI doesn´t show "Ä" and "ß" instead shows question mark, how to change that??

I imported data from the web. Now PowerBI doesn´t show German "Umlauts" like "ä,ö," or "ß". Does anyone know how to transform the data or change the settings? Many thanks in advance!

In the end i had to reimport the data and select a different Datatype
