PowerBI doesn't load all rows on refresh

I received the solution from the supplier of the connector module:
- disable parallel data loading (per pbix file) solves the issue
Just a note for everyone else with this issue.
Something I discovered that limited my load was the presence of filters on my Excel columns created a named ranges with the original number of rows that didn't update when the data source refreshed and added rows. Removing the filters in Excel and deleting the named range for the filters eliminated the problem.
