PowerBI desktop pdf report to sharepoint

I am trying to automate powerbi reports which will need to go through powerapps for an approval process and then shared into a file for sharepoint.  How do I link pdf reports from powerbi desktop to sharepoint?

Just subscribe to the report at the desired frequency on the Power BI Service, to get the pdf emailed to you.  Then set up a flow to trigger of that email and then take the attachment and do the rest of your flow including the approval process.

If this works for you, please mark it as solution.  Kudos are appreciated too.  Please let me know if not.

Regards,

Pat

I'm not sure if that answered it.

I created a report in powerbi desktop.  This pdf report needs to get approved through an approval flow.  Then once it's approved the report will need to be shared and store in sharepoint.  I can see from the link how data from sharepoint goes into powerbi but not the other way around.

Hi @valerial

Currently, we can embed inactive power bi reports in sharepoint online pages.

If you want to create a flow to convert power bi reports as pdf and then send the pdf into sharepoint, you can read this article and change the setp 7 with "sharepoint".
