PowerBI crashes after opening report file

Hi there,

Since some time I have the problem that Power BI crashes after opening a report. The opened report appears shortly and after a few seconds the program closes automatically. I don't get an error message or anything like that.

Due to the software architecture I am forced to use the 32bit version, of which I have installed the latest one. The report is relatively large, since different SQL databases are retrieved and linked in PBI. Can the reduced performance of the 32bit version be the cause? Is it even recommended to install PBI in the 32bit version?

What are the possible solutions? Thank you for your support!

In your scenario, when you run the Power BI desktop 32bit, please run it as administrator to check if it will have this issue.
