Hello,
When I used the PowerBI connector to refresh data, it appeared below error.
How to solve it?
Hi @pang22 ,
Error code 500 usually indicates a problem on the server side. Here are a few steps you can take to try to fix it:
1. First make sure you are using the correct and accessible API endpoint. Sometimes the server may be down or having problems. This error can sometimes be short-lived. Please try refreshing the data again after a few minutes.
2. Please check the data source credentials to ensure that they are correct and not expired.
3. If a large amount of data is being extracted, please try reducing the data load to see if that helps. Sometimes large data sets can cause the server to time out.
Best Regards,
Clara Gong

@Anonymous For the third, point, I reduce the data load and extract but it only have 3000 lines data and the previous data disappear. Originally has over 27K records.
