Hello,
Is there a way to create a bar chart with error bands?
The example I have is a number of cars which I have said should have a certain speed (low, medium and high)
I then measure the speed of the car and get 1 speed. As I have multiple tests I would like to make a bar chart which shows also on it the low-medium-high prediction as an error band so I see where the bar chart lies. This is a quite way to visualise the outliers.
Also if anyone has any other views they might suggest that are useful Im all ears 🙂
Thanks,
G
@G0ggs Can you share sample data and sample output?
I am thinking of a bar visual with two columns on axis bands, speed and we should color for speed using conditional formatting
Visual show at this time on video

Hello thanks for your reply here is the data:
Car ID | Car test speed | Min acceptable speed | Expected speed | Max speed |
1 | 70 | 20 | 40 | 100 |
2 | 60 | 30 | 50 | 90 |
3 | 50 | 10 | 50 | 70 |
4 | 60 | 20 | 60 | 80 |
5 | 55 | 45 | 60 | 80 |
6 | 40 | 50 | 70 | 80 |
7 | 10 | 15 | 40 | 60 |
8 | 60 | 40 | 50 | 55 |
9 | 70 | 80 | 90 | 100 |
10 | 50 | 45 | 50 | 65 |
