PowerBI apps to sharepoint

Hi all,

First of all I hope that all of you are healthy!

I am using Power BI Desktop Pro and my organization has office 365 licensing with Sharepoint.

I have created one test Power BI App and I want to install it or upload it to sharepoint "from your organization".

I have spent a lot of time to read how to upload it to sharepoint "from your organization" but I can't find the correct answer so I decided to post here. I have made changes into Power BI Tenant settings to enable "Install this app automatically" but it is only enabled when I choose "specific individuals or group" not for "Entire organization".

I will put with someone screenshots with my try.

My apps here:

and I want to upload it here:

Best regards,

Milen

You can embed your reports into SharePoint using two methods.

  1.  PowerBI web part - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-embed-report-spo
  2. Iframe-https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-embed-secure

hi  @mikataEIG

First, the power bi app won't appear in sharepoint app site, it will only appear in power bi app site.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-create-distribute-apps#automatically-install-apps-...

Second, you could only embed reports to sharepoint as nandukrishnavs said.

@mikataEIG  Is my solution not working for you?

This is not a reply to the original question; how to embed a Power BI app in a Sharepoint site (which does not seem to be possible yet).
