You can embed your reports into SharePoint using two methods.

- Iframe-https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-embed-secure

First, the power bi app won't appear in sharepoint app site, it will only appear in power bi app site.
Second, you could only embed reports to sharepoint as nandukrishnavs said.
