application not loading. It ony works when selecting Run as Administrator.

Sometimes there are caching issues. Maybe clear the cache, close and reopen the browser or try with another browser and see if it worked.

cleared cache but still unable to open PowerBI app.
The only option to open the app is by right clicking app icon and select Run as Administrator
