I am hoping someone can help.
I would like to connect to Success Factors, specifically the Learning management to be able to generate PowerBI reports.
My first question is, is to possible to connect to SAP Successfactors using ODATA?
If not, what are the options?

You can connect to SAP Successfactors using ODATA in power bi desktop:
Get data -> OData feed -> enter you SAP Successfactors URL to connect
