I am importing a list of codes (library catalogue) to Powerbi which are normally numbers with a decimal followed b y an additinal number. However, for some values PowerBI is converting these numbers adding recurring '9' to the end. For example 641.7 becomes 641.799999999 and so on. These numbers have been extracted from an SQl source though in excel they appear normally. Only PowerBI seems to be doing this. Any thoughts? (I have tried turning off autodetection, editting the column manually as text etc but no luck). Thanks for any help
