PowerBI WordCloud does not appear under tools after downloading.

Hi all,

I downloaded the WordCloud custom visual many times. It says the visual was successfully imported into this report. However, the icon doesn't appear anywhere under tools. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have test on my side, it works well. my power bi desktop version: 2.72.5556.801 64-bit (August 2019)

and could you download other custom visuals from Marketplace?

and could download the custom visual from appsource and import it into power bi?

or if you could try to update your power bi desktop and try it again.

Many thanks for the reply. I also think it's a version problem. The problem is the new version link does not work so I cannot download it.
